What I like about our residency program: Honestly, I chose this program because of the faculty members and residents. During my interview, the faculty members were amazing and I could see myself working with them and learning from them in the near future. I absolutely enjoyed my visit and fell in love with the program.
What I like about St. Louis: Saint Louis is basically the best of both worlds. While you still get to try new restaurants and city life, it's pretty calm and peaceful without any traffic.

What I like about our residency program: I like my faculty and peers a lot. I started off inpatient and had a very supportive senior resident and an amazing team to work with. Both inpatient and outpatient experiences have been fun so far. There is a lot to learn, and both seniors and faculty help. Besides, one of the most important aspects is the environment which is respectful for each other and conducive to learning.
What I like about St. Louis: It is an interesting place-- gives me a small town and a big city experience at the same time. It is beautiful, and I could afford a very nice apartment for myself here. The Muny theatre is great, and so is the Forest Park. You will find things to do and stay connected to nature too.

What I like about our residency program: The faculty are all great and readily available teachers!
What I like about St. Louis: The botanical gardens and the art museum at Forest Park are lovely places to walk around.

What I like about our program: Our program provides exposure to a wide spectrum of patients with optimum knowledge gaining and patient approach skills molding us to be the best physicians. It's fun to work with all faculties and colleagues as one family ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care 
What I like about St. Louis: Beautiful and pleasant city. I love the Arch National Park which creates lots of positive vibes.

Professional interests: I am in between either pursuing a headache fellowship or moving on towards academic practice where I can be involved in medical education.
Why SLU?: The program culture really impressed me. Not only was the faculty super supportive and friendly, they all genuinely made me feel like I would be part of a family which was an important culture that I wanted in a program. Beyond culture, the education and diverse patient population really attracted me to the program. Though I have never visited the city of St. Louis before, I had only heard great things about the people and diverse cultures present in the city, which was very attractive for me as well, as a foodie.
